BBQ Chicken Flatbread
Store-bought naan is the secret weapon here. Top it with BBQ sauce, rotisserie chicken, and a handful of fresh toppings and you've got a flatbread that looks like it came from a restaurant — no oven required.

Meat & Protein
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
Produce
- 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro roughly chopped
Dairy
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack
Pantry & Canned Goods
- 4 pieces store-bought naan bread Stonefire or similar
- 0.5 cup BBQ sauce your favorite — Sweet Baby Ray's, Stubb's, or whatever you keep on hand
In a bowl, toss the shredded rotisserie chicken with half the BBQ sauce until well coated.
Lay the naan pieces flat and spread the remaining BBQ sauce over each one, right to the edges.
Scatter the shredded mozzarella evenly over each flatbread, then top with the BBQ chicken and sliced red onion.
Finish with fresh cilantro, slice into pieces, and serve. That's it.
This is a no-cook recipe — the naan is eaten at room temperature and it works beautifully. If you want it warm, pop it in a 400°F oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, but it's completely optional.
Stonefire naan is the gold standard here — it's thick, chewy, and holds up to the toppings without going soggy. Find it near the bread or deli section at most grocery stores.
Leftovers keep in the fridge for 2 days. Reheat in a dry skillet for 2 minutes to crisp the bottom back up.
