Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

Meat & Protein

  • 2 Salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Produce

  • 1 Lime, juiced

Pantry & Canned Goods

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Seasonings & Spices

  • 1.5 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, then rub Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika evenly over both sides.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness, until the outside is lightly crisp and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.

Notes

Don't overcook: Salmon is done when it flakes easily but still looks
slightly darker pink in the very center. It will continue cooking
slightly after you remove it.

Serving ideas: Great over rice, with roasted vegetables, or flaked into
tacos with slaw and avocado.

Storage: Keeps in the fridge 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F
for 3 minutes to bring back the crispiness.

No air fryer: Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, 4 minutes per
side, or bake at 425°F for 12 minutes.
