Chicken Caesar Wrap

Everything you love about a Caesar salad, wrapped up and ready to eat in under 10 minutes. Store-bought Caesar dressing does the heavy lifting — you just assemble and go.

Ingredients
  

Meat & Protein

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded

Produce

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce a bag of chopped romaine works perfectly here

Dairy

  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese shredded or shaved

Pantry & Canned Goods

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 4 tbsp store-bought Caesar dressing Ken's or Marzetti's are solid choices
  • 1 cup croutons lightly crushed optional but adds great crunch

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine, shredded chicken, parmesan, and Caesar dressing together until everything is well coated.
  • If using croutons, add them now and toss once more — they add a great crunch inside the wrap.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the Caesar mixture into the center, leaving about 2 inches clear on each side.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll the wrap up tightly from the bottom. Slice in half on the diagonal and serve.

Notes

Don't dress the salad too far ahead — the romaine will wilt. Toss it right before you wrap and serve.
A bag of pre-chopped romaine is the move here. No washing, no chopping, done in seconds.
Want to make it a full meal? Serve with a handful of kettle chips or a cup of soup on the side. Also great cold for lunch the next day if you keep the dressing separate.
